An amazing way to enjoy the first moments of the day. With the SUP trip you will go for a relaxed paddle and explore the beautiful island and coastline here in lake Bled.
We offer guided tours with a LOCAL guide, where we will teach you the basics of stand up paddling, show you around and tell you something about the surroundings. We will stop on the island and have the best ice cream, to get some paddling strength.
All groups consists of 5 paddlers maximum! You should be comfortable in the water, just in case you fall in once or twice. The tours include 2 hours of paddle time, equipment, and transport if needed. At the end you will receive pictures from our trip, taken by Go-pro camera. Want to know more? Just try it yourself.

Our resident Yoga instructor Janja will be offering SUP Yoga classes in the morning (Good Morning Yoga) or in the evening (After Sup Yoga).
You can either book a Sup Yoga Package or decide to join when you are here in Bled. The yoga classes are suitable for beginners as well as more practiced yogis.
Sup Yoga sessions are €38 and will be held with a minimum of 2 participants. Private lessons are also available at a price of €50 per session.
The lessons are two hours and they are open to anyone who is interested during his or her stay at Bled. They incorporate strengthening releasing poses, you will also work on breathing awareness and relaxation techniques. Yoga is a great tool to improve your ability to find the balance out there in the water.
Our resident teacher Ana, from Slovenia, has been a devoted Yogi for several years, practicing and teaching all over. She is practicing Vinyasa Flow. Her teaching incorporates a deep understanding of the connection body-mind-breath.
