Submitting the “Book Now” form, your personal data is sent to Blaž Kajdiž s.p. Your personal data is going to be handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the applicable Personal Data Protection Act.

In accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection Act (hereinafter: ZVOP-2), the personal data administrator may process personal data if the personal consent of the individual is given. Personal consent is a voluntary choice of an individual so that his personal data can be processed for a specific purpose. Personal consent is given with the booking form on this site – after completing and submitting the “Contact Us” form.

The owner of supbled.si is Blaž Kajdiž s.p., and we collect the following information from you: name, email address, phone number.

The data we collect is necessary for handling your reservations and inquiries. They are not used for any other purpose.

Procedures for ensuring the rights of an individual:

According to the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access data relating to you, the right to correct data, the right to restrict processing, the right to delete data, and the right to transfer data.

You may submit a complaint to the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of personal data violates the General Data Protection Act.

Company Blaž Kajdiž s.p. undertakes to process the collected personal data only for the purposes specified above. In the event that there is a need for a complementary processing or after providing information to third parties, we will contact you in advance and ask for your consent.

Personal data is collected only until your questions are answered or until the completion of the sup-trip for which we have agreed. After the completed trip, we will delete your information.

DPO – Data Protection Officer

The Data Protection Officer or a shorter DPO is the person who independently assists the processor or data administrator in ensuring the compliance of the processing of personal data with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the new Personal Data Protection Act ( ZVOP-2). This site meets the requirements to work without DPO.
