At the start of the day I had also received a text message and reminder of this booking and details on how to find the meeting point.

I had booked to just hire a board for 2 hours solo so I was pleasantly surprised when Marina sent me some photos she had taken for me of me on the board- its nice to be in the pictures and not just take them 🙂

The only thing I wish I had known was the ability to extend the booking past the 2hour mark on request; the time just flew by!

Overall the SUPaddlboarding was truly a magical way to experience the lake and to check out the island. Really great all around.

Even if you’re a proficient paddle boarder, the tour adds so much more to the experience and learning about the Lake. There’s also a few rules with the island and local rowers that we wouldn’t have known if we didn’t do the tour first.
